Steam Hairy Marrow 
stuffed with rainbow colour rice made from cauliflower, carrot, baby corn & mushroom., then sit on miso eggplant sauce (middle east dressing) , which matching the natural plain marrow very much, all the dishes here are cross over with different culture of cooking and mix and match them.
